At the beginning of the design of a private house or cottage, people often think about a small spa complex (sauna) in the garden or in the house, which could become an area for relaxation, receiving guests and celebrating parties.
Therefore, the construction of a steam room must be approached with full responsibility.

The first stage of sauna building. Creating a sauna room project.
Before building a sauna, the most important thing is to plan its location in the garden or in a private house. By planning the location of a free-standing sauna and the interior design of the steam room in advance, you can avoid many problems in the future (for example, reinstalling or renovating the engineering system). Already at this stage, you can invite our company's specialists to the site and discuss the basic issues of sauna construction with them.
Important aspects worth paying attention to:
1. location of the sauna stove;
2. sauna stove foundation (foundations with wooden elements should be avoided);
3. fireproof walls and ceiling behind the sauna stove (if desired);
4. chimney laying and flue passage, as well as the design of the chimney on the roof (when using a wood stove);
5. organization of supply and exhaust ventilation;
6. size of the steam room;
7. height of the steam room ceiling;
8. window and door models;

Peale leiliruumi projekti kinnitust tuleb valida seadmed, viimistlusmaterjalid ja insineeri varustus. Tänapäeval seadmete ja saunatarvikute valik on nii lai, et spetsialisti abi on hädavajalik.
Niisiis, milliseid küsimused sel etapil tekivad?

Kolmas saunaviimistluse etaap. Ehitus ja viimistlus.
Tööd alustame juba kinnitatud eelarve ja materjalide valikuga. Komplektide tarneajad võivad suuresti erineda, ehkki tarneperiood on reeglina üks kuu. Pärast komplekti saabumist lattu lepitakse kokku tööde algus objektil.
Vaatleme tööde järjekorda naturaalse soapstone/tulikivi viimistletud puukerise ja väljaviidava tulekoldega sauna näitel:
1. Põrand kaetakse plaatide ja põrandaliistudega kõrgusega 100mm;
2. Paigaldatakse kanalisatsiooni äravooluava (kui seda eeldab projekt);
3. Leiliruumi paigaldatakse elekter;
4. Leiliruum varustatakse sisse- ja tõmbventilatsiooniga;
5. Paigaldatakse sitsulõõr läbiviiguga ning katuse kujundusega;
6. Süttimatutest materjalidest ehitatakse tuletõkkeseinad ja -lagi saunaahju taga ja üleval;
7. Viimistletakse tuletõkkeseinad ja -lagi;
8. Paigaldatakse kiviga viimistletud saunaahi;
9. Saunaahi ühendatakse suitsulööriga;
10. Leiliruumis algab roovitese ja soojustuse montaaž (soojustuse kiht ja sõlme moodustamise tehnoloogia võivad erineda, olenevalt väljavalitud materjalist ja püstitatud eesmärkidest);
11. Paigutatakse ja ühendatakse valgustussüsteem ja lisavalgustid;
12. Paigaldatakse auruisolatsiooni membraan;
13. Viimistletakse pinnad, voodrilaud tullen valitud piuduliigist;
14. Paigaldatakse lavade ja istepinkide süsteem leiliruumi;
15. Lava ja istepingid töödeldakse sauna kaitsevahendiga puukatte eluea pikendamiseks;
Selline näeb välja sauanehituse etappide nimistu.
Lõppetapp on töö üleandmine tellijale.
The fourth stage of sauna finishing. Launching the finished project.
The final stage of sauna construction is considered to be the handover of the finished work to the client. This is the most responsible and sensitive moment.
During the handover of the work, a test run of the steam room and a test heating of the sauna stove will be carried out to demonstrate the working order of all systems. The client will review the condition of the steam room interior. The sauna owners or their service personnel will receive information about its use.
